Meet your Practitioner

My name is Frances and I’ve been in health and wellness space for the past 11 years. Starting out on my own personal journey to centered living through yoga, meditation, breath work and spiritual practice.

I came to this path from my own struggles with Mental Health, being diagnosed with clinical depression and anxiety in my early twenties and undergoing extensive therapies with some incredible women in the NHS. During this time I qualified as a Tarot Reader under High Priestess Shirlee Moon in Eltham, London and my spiritual journey began.

Born and raised in South East London, I moved to Canterbury at seventeen to embark on a degree in Midwifery. I left before qualifying to attend to my own well being and went to work in a South East London Hospital as a Physiotherapy Clerk. I later took up post in a UK Government role in Westminster, London.

Whilst working in a dynamic and highly corporate environment I went on to study Counselling Skills, Mental Health First Aid, Non-Violent Communication and Integral Development Coaching to support wellness in the world of business.

A few years back I moved to Newcastle and studied with YogaXLife to qualify as a Yoga Therapies Teacher where I met friends for life. I qualified as an angelic reiki healer and moved back down the country to North West Norfolk, where I am based today.

I so look forward to working with you.

Frances is great at noticing the small things going on in your body, she mentions them during sessions and they really help ground you and focus on the moment. I come out from the sessions feeling so calm, relaxed and happy. She has helped me through a really difficult time.

“ Frances ran wonderful yoga classes for our athletes ”

Manchester Giants

“Frances created a safe and generative space by warmly inviting us to enter into practice with grace, honouring our abilities and constraints. By checking in with each of us it felt like it was a collective and personal endeavour. Her attentiveness to the flow of the session and the offer of alternative ways to move and position meant I felt I was an equal, with no sense of competition with anyone else. ”
